Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, but you are not charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I change my seat count later?
Yes. Clinic plans scale up or down self-serve (3-seat minimum), with proration handled automatically by Stripe.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of your paid period. Your plans, exercises, and members are preserved so you can reactivate later.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No. Choose monthly or annual billing — either way you can cancel any time from the billing portal.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual plans include 2 months free: $300/year for the Individual plan and $250 per seat per year for the Clinic plan.
What happens to my exercises without the Private Library add-on?
The first 10 exercises and text blocks you author are always private, at no extra cost. Once the shared library launches, additional items you author beyond those slots are shared with other clinics unless you add the Private Library add-on; organizations already on HEP Studio at launch keep their private libraries at no charge. The content stays yours either way, and the programs your patients already have are unaffected. The Private Library add-on is $5 per seat per month or $50 per seat per year and removes the limit; if it ever lapses, you get a 30-day grace window (7 days if you have already used a window in the last 12 months) to choose which items keep the free slots.
What is the Shared Library?
The Shared Library lets you browse exercises and text blocks other clinics have shared and import a copy into your own library, where you can edit it like anything you wrote yourself. It is $5 per seat per month or $50 per seat per year. Without the add-on you keep using 10 imported items, and every program you have already published to a patient keeps working.
I signed up before the shared library launched — do I keep my private library?
Yes. Every organization that existed before the shared library launched keeps the Private Library included at no charge, with no slot limit and nothing to turn on. The slot rule applies to organizations that sign up afterward.
