Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, but you are not charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I change my seat count later?
Yes. Clinic plans scale up or down self-serve (3-seat minimum), with proration handled automatically by Stripe.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of your paid period. Your plans, exercises, and members are preserved so you can reactivate later.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No. Both plans are month-to-month. You can cancel any time from the billing portal.
